The trips were incredibly enjoyable.  We got to see and learn a lot more about the country from they guides than if we had been on a larger bus tour, and it was refreshing to have guides who truly enjoy their work and their country, and aren't just following a script.  We were able to ask a lot of questions and learn more about the country itself and the people too.  Also, because of the smaller groups, it meant we had a bit more choice about where we went, and were not restricted so much on the amount of time we could spend at different places.  The soup at the cafe at Gulfoss was indeed very good, we enjoyed it.  The driver guides were both very friendly and knowledgeable.  - Lysia Myoba
